arenaplis Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the arenaplis platform. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before registering. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the arenaplis platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Providing false information during the registration process to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.
3. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of features on arenaplis, you are required to create a personal account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. arenaplis will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify arenaplis immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We recommend that you use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, and that you log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. arenaplis may require you to complete identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification documents, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under applicable Philippine regulations. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary restrictions on your account, including limits on withdrawals, until the process is completed satisfactorily.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
All users of the arenaplis platform are expected to interact with the service in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner. You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose, and not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the normal operation of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, using automated software or bots to interact with the platform, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in collusion with other players. Any such behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
Users are prohibited from using the platform in a way that could harm arenaplis, its staff, other users, or third parties. You must not post, transmit, or otherwise share content through any communication features of the platform that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are also prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform's systems, infrastructure, or data. arenaplis reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive behaviour, and to take appropriate action, including account termination, in response to any violations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines.

5. Payments & Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All financial transactions on the arenaplis platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods currently supported by arenaplis, which are designed to accommodate local Philippine banking and e-wallet channels for the convenience of our users. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your arenaplis account come from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method being used. arenaplis does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties, and any such transactions may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with our KYC requirements. arenaplis aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and operational circumstances. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant pages of the platform. arenaplis reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is a reason to suspect irregular account activity. All transactions are recorded and monitored in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines. Any fees associated with transactions will be clearly communicated before you confirm the transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
arenaplis provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues. arenaplis shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, delays, or inaccuracies in information displayed on the platform, to the extent that such issues arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, arenaplis and its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or reputational loss. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
arenaplis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reason to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: providing false or misleading registration information, suspected fraud or money laundering, abusive behaviour toward staff or other users, creation of multiple accounts, or failure to complete identity verification when requested. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, arenaplis will aim to notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Users may also voluntarily request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance held in the account will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with our standard withdrawal procedures. arenaplis is not obligated to return funds where account closure follows a confirmed breach of these terms resulting in forfeiture of balances as disclosed in these provisions.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on the arenaplis platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of arenaplis or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its underlying code without express written permission from arenaplis. The arenaplis brand name, logo, and any associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used in connection with any product or service in a manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits arenaplis.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to use the platform's content or technology in any way that exceeds the scope of normal personal use. Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
